On call to provide information, navigation and urgent after-hours help 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

The community health program provides automated blood pressure measurement machines and specific over-the-counter medications at Chickasaw Nation Senior Centers. The program also provides educational opportunities related to diet, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

Participants must be a Chickasaw elder.

This program provides assistance for Chickasaw elders who are not covered by other services and have no other way of obtaining needed resources. Utility services covered financially may include gas, water, electricity or deposits.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen 60 years of age or older.

Participants must be a Chickasaw citizen who is 60 years of age or older, has a doctor's recommendation, lives alone, homebound and has a history of falls.
