Connecting Kids to Coverage is a national grant-funded program helping children, teens and eligible adults receive health care benefits provided by state and federal programs such as SoonerCare and Medicaid.

Applicants must be an Oklahoma resident and an adult with children under 19 or a child under 19.

Our dental care model establishes an ongoing relationship between patients and the dental team, ensuring every patient is paired with a dedicated dentist, hygienist and dental assistant for personalized care.

The denture program provides one pair of dentures per qualified individual once every five years, including fitting, adjustments and repairs.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen and receive a referral through a Chickasaw Nation Dental Clinic.

The Diabetes Care Center provides education and medical treatment to prevent diabetes and complications associated with diabetes.

Applicants must have a CDIB or tribal citizenship card and an active medical chart at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

This program provides schools the opportunity to apply for teacher in-services and workshops, Johnson-O’Malley art clubs, after-school arts enrichment, mini-festivals and instruction in First American art forms.

Applicants must be a public-school staff member.

Chickasaw Nation Residents

Violence Prevention Services assists victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking who are residing or relocating within the Chickasaw Nation. These services are voluntary and available to First American victims and their dependents, and others who meet eligibility criteria.

A one-time grant of up to $5,000 is available to help Chickasaw citizens with down payment and/or closing costs on the purchase or rate/term refinance of a primary residence.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen, approved for a loan and have an active loan application; grant will not be dispersed after loan has closed.
