This program assists income-eligible Chickasaw citizens with home repairs. The assistance is a grant up to $7,500 paid directly to citizen and contractor for the repair of a citizen’s home.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen and meet income eligibility requirements. The home must be their primary residence.

Eligible Chickasaw elders can receive minor repairs to their home.

This program offers up to $5,000 for natural disaster preparedness equipment and construction.

The Homeowners Program allows for the new construction of homes in accordance with the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA). Applicants must be a First American, live within the Chickasaw Nation and meet income eligibility requirements. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

The Homeschool Fit Force program teaches safe and proper exercise techniques, sports basics, communication skills and Chickasaw language in a social setting.

This service offers a variety of resources to first time homebuyers, including credit education, budgeting assistance and financial counseling.

Imaging services offers a full range of medical imaging options, including CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, X-rays and more at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and health clinics in Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo. Patients must have CDIB and citizenship card and be a current patient of the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health.
